The Director General of Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau, Barr Alphonsus Ogar Eba, has felicitated with the General Manager Cross River State Waste Management Agency, Hon. Oko Sunday Ebeku (aka Otolo) on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
