In a series of tape leaks, the Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson, has asked local government commissioners to provide funds for the party’s (PDP) campaign rallies.
In the appended audio clip, he can be heard saying he will make arrangements for the LG commissioners to meet with party chairmen, deputies, and secretaries so they can make plans for the cost of campaign rallies, and get funds from councils to foot the bills.
