Cross River Government Sets Up Committee to Revamp Calabar Carnival After 20 Years

The Cross River State Government is taking steps to restructure the Calabar Carnival after two decades of its existence. Nsa Gill, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, announced the move on Sunday.
