Justice Valentine Ashi of FCT high court court 29, has sacked Ali Modu Sheriff from parading himself as the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by nullifying the 2014 PDP Constitution Amendment upon which he was appointed as the party chairman.
The Court described the amendment as illegal and a violation of the Electoral Act and declared all action carried out with it including anybody parading as officer of the PDP as illegal.
