NCPC To Run A Pilgrimage For Traditional Rulers In 2018

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission Rev. Tor Uja has said that the Commission would organize a specialize Pilgrimage for the traditional rulers in the country next year.

Rev Uja disclosed this recently in Billeri Gombe State during a courtesy visit on the Mai Tangale kingdom, His Royal Highness Abdu Buba Maishru in his Palace.

The NCPC Boss solicited the Co-operation of His royal Highness in the actualization of the Traditional Rulers Pilgrimage next year, His words, “we will like to request your royal Majesty to coordinate the Christian traditional Rulers in the North. He further spoke on the need to have northern Christian Traditional ruler’s conference next year so as to strength the existing relationship between them.

Rev. Uja who was in Gombe state for the Flag off of the 2017 Christian Pilgrimage to Israel commended the management and staff of the Gombe State Pilgrim Wellfare Board for a job well done.

He thanked theTangale for receiving him and his team at a short notice. He prayed that the Lord, would grant the Kingdom peace and progress and His Royal majesty good health.

In this remarks, the Mai Tangale who is also the Chairman of Gombe State Pilgrim Welfare Board thanked the NCPC Boss for bringing the Flag off of 2017 Pilgrimage to Gombe state.

He described the flag off in Gombe state as a gospel in itself as people would now count Gombe as one of the Christian states in the north. He added that the flag off was “an eye opener”
His Royal Majesty further explained that Tangale Kingdom was made up of four local Government areas dominated by Christians with few Muslims and they live in peace and harmony
