The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev. Yakubu Pam has called on Christian Faithful to be of sound mind and good courage when faced with great challenges even in times of crisis.
He gave the charge in a message he delivered to members of Assembly of God Northern Nigeria Mangu District during a Sensitization and Awareness Programme,held at Assembly of God Church Daika, Mangu L.G.A of Plateau State on the 30th October, 2021.
Rev. Pam affirmed that the lord is with the Church and he will never leave his own. He encouraged the Members of the Assembly of God Mangu District to be strong and steadfast in their faith, as the crisis they are faced with now will tarry for a while and they will be victorious.
NCPC Boss disclosed that he has come to strengthen and encourage them,acccording to him’ there’s nothing too hard for God to do and there’s nothing he cannot change’.
He further charged the members of the Church not to fear but rather embrace God, in his words”the Lord does all things right at his own time.
Earlier, Rev. Mechach Enoch of the Assembly of God Northern Nigeria (AGNN)Mangu District, in his welcome Address, thanked the General Superintendent of Assembly of God Northern Nigeria, Rev.Yakubu Pam for honouring their invitation.
He said, the purpose of the Sensitization and Awareness Programme was to clear doubts about the propaganda that is going on in the district and beyond as regard to Assembly of God Northern Nigeria, according to him the true picture would be unveiled.
Rev.Mechach opined that the Assembly of God Northern Nigeria is not a party to ruin the Church but rather a solution to the prolonged crisis which has lasted for eight years.
He urged his fellow AGNN not to fear, never deflate nor quit because the will of God would prevail and they will be victorious.Just like the red sea parted for the Israelites,so shall they also reach their promise land. According to him,’Forward ever, back ward never,stand still and see what the Lord will do for you. Anything has a beginning must have an end, after the storm comes calm.
