The Senator representing the good people of Cross River Northern Senatorial District in the upper legislative chamber of the National Assembly, Distinguished Senator Dr Rose Okoji Oko has urged constituents and Nigerians to enter the New Year 2020 with hope.
The Second term serving Senator, who is also the Chairman, Senate Committee on Trade and Investment stated this in a New Year message.
While thanking God for bring us all to this point to enter the new Year, the cerebral senator assured that the New Year will be a good year for all her constituents and indeed Nigerians inspite of the odds.
She further urged that Nigerians should have hope for fulfilment of our dreams and aspirations.
She said, “We give thanks to the good Lord for bringing us to this point where we have to enter another year, 2020.
“Let us enter with hope for a good year. Hope for fulfilment of our dreams and aspirations. And hope for our country in spite of the odds.
“Happy New Year celebrations.”
