The achievements of the Cross River State Chairman of the Ruling All Progressives congress, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq JP, in the last two years is one of the most enduring narratives of this political dispensation in Cross River State.
From the very day Eba took over the reins of leadership on October 16, 2021 and showed the signs of performance, his detractors have been waiting for him to falter. They may have to wait for eternity as the make-up of Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq has no room for developmental loss of focus.

He has also landed on himself, the enviable tag of “a political evangelist” among his peers across the country, Eba is a father like no other in the state; and a leader in the mold of ancient servants; worthy of our praises. He has held sway with admirable attitude, his pragmatic, purposeful, and proactive leadership has endeared him to many. Undoubtedly his capacity, competence, content, charisma and character in leadership has been stretched and tested, yet remained undeterred and towering with glowing tributes.
The foremost Political Evangelist, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq has remained true to the spirit and letters of his PLUG mantra, which is an acronym for Peace, Love, Unity and Growth of the party. No wonder the party retained power at the Perigrino Hall, won over 80 per cent of elective offices at the concluded General Elections and assiduous working with his team to consolidate and conquer the state 100 per cent for the party and the greater good of Cross Riverians.
