…Passes vote of confidence on State Chairman

Following the resounding victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the just concluded Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency By-election the APC Chapter Chairmen in the state under the auspices of Chapter Chairmen’s Forum, Cross River State have honoured the state chairman, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq with an award of Outstanding Leadership.
The members of the forum, who also passed a vote of confidence on the state chairman, noted that the award was presented to him in recognition of his sterling, pragmatic and innovative leadership witnessed through his initiative of the political evangelism mission that has moved the party membership from 400,000 to over 1.7 million across the state.
The event which was held at the residence of the State Chairman in Calabar was climaxed with the presentation of an award plaque.
Speaking earlier, Engr Kelvin Njong, the Chapter Chairman of Boki and Chairman of Chairmen in the State, while congratulating the State Chairman over the victory of the party at the concluded House of Representatives By-election, stated that his leadership has repositioned the party for overwhelming victory in the coming 2023 elections
In his response, the first Global Political Evangelist and the State Chairman, expressed appreciations, saying he feel humbled by the endorsement of his capable and dependable generals across the LGAs.
While dedicating the award to his supportive state exco members and all members of the party, he charged further that his message of Peace, Love, Unity and Growth (PLUG agenda) should continue to reverberate across the 18 LGAs through the political evangelism mission of the party and keep the party on the front burner of governance in the state.
Present at the meeting includes; Engr Kelvin Njong, the Chapter Chairman of Boki and Chairman of Chairmen in the State; otherd include, Odama Thomas Odama JP Chapter Chairman of Bekwarra and Forum Director of Operations and Strategic Communication, Sir Gerald Esin, Chapter Chairman of Bakassi and Chairman Southern Senatorial District Chairmen Forum.
Also present are, Mr Henry Ublibli the Chapter Chairman of Obudu and Chairman of Northern Senatorial District Chairmen Forum, others include; Denise Egorp who is the Chapter Chairman of Obubra and Chairman Of Central Senatorial District Chairmen, Pst George Ejikang of Obanliku, Pst Henry Edem of Odukpani LGA, Raphael Ntui of Akamkpa, Otu Marshall of Calabar South, Chief Emmanuel Mbora of Calabar Municipality, Rt Hon Egomo of Ikom LGA, also in attendance was the Chapter Chairman of Abi Pst. Joshua Igboke, Maxi Arikpo of Biase.
