Following the deplorable state of the road leading to Alifokpa and other communities in Yeche nation, under Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State, Yala-born constitutional lawyer, Barr Leonard Anyogo on Friday appealed for the urgent intervention of the Federal Government to alleviate the sufferings of the people.

Anyogo, who is also an author and a Public Affairs Analyst called for the intervention of relevant state government’s institution to make the road passable, which will have a positive impact on the economy of the people in the area.
The learned lawyer stated this in a post he tagged, ‘A Cry for Help’. He further seek the help of friends at the state federal levels, noting that legislative framework has been provided overtime to fix the road.
He said, “To all my friends at the State and Federal levels, the most important need of Yache nation in Yala LGA of CRS is passable roads. I do know that legislative framework has been provided overtime.
“Thank you plenty as only true friends will wish us well.”
