Eight youths escaped jungle justice in Njaba community of Imo State over alleged homosexual activities.
One of them is named Ugochukwu. He and others are still on the run over alleged involvement in homosexual activities punishable by the law enshrined in the Nigerian constitution.
It was gathered that the said Ugochukwu who hail from Njaba Local Government of Imo State was caught in the act on 14th of October 2013 having sex with his partner Kachukwu Ebube.
The investigation revealed that the lovers who were caught pant down were stripe naked beaten by the angry youths of the community as they were taken round the town, in the process ,Ntam Emmanuel Ugochukwu escaped from the angry crowd as his partner was stoned half death before the arrival of the police.
Eyewitness who spoke under anonymity said that this act is shameful and abomination in the land that they should not be spayed under the 14 years jail term under the Nigeria constitution. Kachukwu Ebube has received his own judgement, while Ntam Emmanuel Ugochukwu awaits for his own jail term.
