2. At 49, you have affected the lives of so many Nigerians both at your State and the National level. Your contributions as Minister of Education in the last administration and now Governor of Rivers State cannot be overemphasized. The results of your unflinching loyalty to our great Party, the PDP, and the overwhelming developmental projects since you assumed office as Governor of Rivers State will remain evergreen.
3. Your Excellency, we salute you for standing tall in the just concluded Rivers State Re-Run Elections. Congratulations once again for defending and protecting the Rights of your people and democracy in general.
