Up to 23 people have reportedly been killed with dozens more injured as twin blast hit Brussels Airport and the Maalbeek Metro station on Tuesday, in the Beglian capital
The prosecutor has said it is a terrorist attack.
According to reports, the blasts exploded at the departures area of the airport and at the Metro station shortly afterwards.
The airport blasts struck at just after 8am local time, 7am GMT, close to the American Airlines section of the airport.
Another explosion then hit Maalbeek Metro station, located near EU institutions, one hour later.
