The 6th Edition of YALA ACHIEVERS SUMMIT/AWARDS will be recognizing the resolute contributions of leaders across all government institutions and those in the private sector who have made epoch impacts in the advancement and sustainability of Cross River project in particular and Nigeria at large.
The grand award ceremony will recognize several personalities across different award categories, which includes MAN OF THE YEAR, BUSINESS ICON OF THE YEAR, Humanitarian Ambassador Of The Year, WOMAN OF THE YEAR, OUTSTANDING COMMISSIONER OF THE YEAR, Law Maker Of The Year and 20 other award categories.
According to the convener, Mr. Jacob Odey aka Mr. Odey D Comedian D Uncommon and the CEO Moj’s Entertainment Limited, during a chat with journalists, the 6th edition ot the Yala Achievers Summit/Awards ceremony will be well packaged with an infusion of guests speakers to speak on the security and economic challenges being faced in our communities around some of the LGA in Cross River State.
The award will be quite competitive as nominees would be decided by Cross Riverians through the voting exercise.
He, therefore, urged the awardees to see the honour as a higher calling towards a deeper commitment to peace building in our communities as far Cross River State and Nigeria is concerned.
The award ceremony themed: Celebrating Your Immense Contributions To Humanity And Promotion of Harmony In Our Communities, Mr Odey also noted that the event will witness some educative presentations and performance that will chronicle the history of Yala and challenges of present day Cross River State.
He appreciate the efforts of partnering organizations especially the various media organizations, for their onerous efforts towards the forthcoming epoch event.
The award ceremony has been scheduled to hold on 28th July, 2024 at Transcorp Hotel Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. The occasion will commence with red carpet at 5pm while the main event will officially kickstart at 6pm (No African time).
