The #PROJECT1000 Think Tank has presented a portrait to one of its stakeholders, Mr Ebriku John Friday in honour and recognition of his numerous contributions to the overall growth of #PROJECT1000 Yala, a local government areas in Northern Senatorial District of Cross River State.
The presentation took on Tuesday in Abuja at the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) during a four-day capacity building and project management organised by the Erasmus Mondus Association and the #WeAfrihub for youth-based civil society organisation (CSO), tagged Erasmus+ Training Seminar for CSO.
While presenting the award on behalf of #Project1000, Mr Ariel Greatness a member of the Team stated that Mr Ebriku has throughout the existence of the group giving in his finances, time and wealth of knowledge to ensure the smooth sailing of the group.
He thanked Mr Ebriku for giving the group National coverage through numerous publications on National dailies and on his e platform.
Project1000, which is a solution driven citizenship forum was set up by the leaders of Impact World Foundation for Youth Development (IWFYD)
Receiving the award in surprise, Mr Ebriku reiterated that he was committed to the growth of not just yala but that of every member of the Team and all yala citizens no matter your social level.
He added that he was thankful to God for giving yala such bright and intelligent persons who are selfless in all their dealings and he prayed God to grant more wisdom and opportunities to the team to chart a new cause and change the narrative of Yala.
