1. Reshuffle the Ministerial Cabinet
–Redeploy Fayemi to head the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
–Reduce Fashola’s portfolio to Ministry of Power
–Upgrade the Minister of State, PWH Mustapha Shehuri as substantive Minister of Works and Housing
–Upgrade Kachikwu to substantive Minister of Petroleum Resources
–Redeploy Udo Udoma from Ministry of Budget & National Planning to Minister of State, Labour
2. Appoint 2 new Ministers to fill the vacuum created by the demise of James Ocholi and the appointment of Amina Mohammed as DSG, United Nations
3. Replace the CBN Governor with an economist with a solid academic background and strong track record in practice
4. Pay a state visit to at least 3 states in each of the Six geopolitical zones within the next six months to give everybody a sense of belonging.
5. Reconstitute the Economic team with VP Osinbajo as Head in order to drive the effective implementation of Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP 2017 – 2020)
6. Fill all Ambassadorial positions within the next one month.
7. Pay a historic and symbolic visit to the Nigerian Stock Exchange to assure the organised private sector and the foreign investors that he has their ears. The “Closing Gong Ceremony” will be picture-perfect to reinspire business and investors’ confidence
