In the face of economic woe, cash crunch and job loses, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has allege that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a whooping N2 billion for the activities of the #IStandwithBuhari group.
The opposition party made the revelation on Wednesday in a tweet on its Tweeter handle @PdpNigeria, saying that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) gave the group N400 million and N200 million respectively.
The PDP further asked rhetorically, “Why not give the unemployed these monies?”
The post reads, “Presidency gave #IStandwithBuhari N2billion. They got N400m from NNPC & another N200m from EFCC. Why not give the unemployed these monies?”
