The NCPC boss gave this advice during the morning devotion at the NCPC Corporate headquarters in Abuja on 15th July, 2022.

Taking his exhortation from the book of Psalms chapter 1 verses 1-5, he urged staff not to walk, stand or sit in the counsel of the wicked but should find delight in the law of the Lord and in his law does he meditate day and night.

Rev. Pam further advised staff to be dedicated to their job, according to him, “if you allow the organization to pass through you; you will gain a lot and be able to learn in your field and work with people of right counsel.”

He charged the staff to be focused at all times as it is the only way they would continue to add value to the system. In his words, “God has not given us the spirit of fear and timidity, but of boldness and sound mind.” He added, “You need to be focused, for you to have the crown you must pass through the cross.”

The No. 1 Christian Pilgrim Officer of the Federation thanked the staff of the Commission for their hard work and sense of duty at the ongoing 2021 Main/Easter 2022 pilgrimage exercise in Israel and Jordan. His words, “I must appreciate you all for putting in your best and staying put in your place of duty.” He enjoined them to be a shining light of the Commission while supervising the pilgrims in the Holy Land.

Rev. Pam also tasked staff to be disciplined and put the image of the Commission in the right perspective. He equally enjoined the Directors and Management staff of the Commission to encourage discipline amongst staff under them in order to create a conducive work environment.
