Member of Parliament, representing the good people of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam (PKK) Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Timothy Golu, has put all mechenaries in place for the conmmencement of a four-day free medical outreach for all constituents.
The medical activities, which will include disgnosis, treatment and attention is the second phase of the exercise geared towards addressing the medical needs of the constituents.
In a statement personally signed by the Hon Golu, he said, the exercise will hold simultaneously in three centres across the local government areas of the constituency in conjunction with personnel of the General Hospitals. The exercise will take place at General Hospital Panshin, Kanke and Kanam respectively on February 2 – 5, 2019.
Hon Golu, who is also the chairman House Committee of Legislative Budget and Research, urged constituents with health challenges to seize the opportunity of the free medical outreach and get themselves treated, noting that “health is wealth”.
The exercise will include free OPD drugs, general/gynae operations, cataract operations, ultra sound scan, free lab tests and free reading glasses.
Hon Golu said, “My great and wonderful people I greet you all. This is to announce to you the commencement of the second phase of the Free Medical Outreach for the constituency slated as follows below.
“This time around, it will take place simultaneously in the 3 LGAs. In Kanke, it will take place at the Kabwir Basic Health Clinic. Our brothers and sisters who have health challenges should please converge at the respective health centres for medical diagnosis/ treatment/attention. God will do it for us again. Health is Wealth.
