We Have Moved From Epileptic To Power Paralysis – Shehu Sani

Outspoken Senator Shehu Sani has called for the appointment of a substantive minister of power, who will squarely attend to the lingering challenge in the sector.

The senator, who is clearly not satisfied with the performance of the current minister of Power,  Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, said the current situation has grown  from bad to worse.

Same who stated this in a Facebook post on Saturday said, “We have moved from power epilepsy to power paralysis.”

He said,  “We need a minister of power,  one who has nothing else to do or to think about but concentrate on issue of power. We hitherto often lived in the dark,  now we perpetuate in it.

“Light is now luxury, luxury is now light.  With the privatisation of power,  we moved from the darkness of a tunnel to that of a cave.”
