…says Supreme Court will affirm verdict
The chairman of APC Cross River state, Alphonsus Ogar Eba esq, JP joined party faithful at the Asokoro residence of the National chairman, H. E. Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to congratulate the National Chairman of APC and the in coming Governor, H. E. Nasiru Gawuna on the resounding victory of Mr Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna by the Court of Appeal judgment delivered today as Governor of Kano State.
The state chairman described the Court of Appeal judgment which corroborated the earlier decision of the Kano State Election Petition Tribunal that affirmed the Victory of H. E. Nasiru Gawuna as a sound, concise, concrete and complete judgment that is like Mount zion which cannot be removed.
The Chairman in his episcopal sermon, described the demolition action of the opposition Governor as a man loaded with bile and bitterness who came with a wicked intention to maim, destroy and kill.
In the words of the Cross River State APC chairman, the victory of H.E.Gawuna is a clear message to politician to eschew politics of destruction and an admonition to everyone to imbibe the spirit of Love, Unity, Peace and Growth to build a prosperous country.
He said, “Congratulations Your Excellencies. The concurrent finding of facts and law by the Court of Appeal today is a great victory for our great party APC, our National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje and our incoming Kano State Governor, H.E. Nasiru Gawuna. It is standing firm like Mount Zion. By the grace of God, the Supreme Court will affirm.”
The state chairman urged all party faithful to remain prayerful so that before the next 59 days, we will all gather in Kano for the swearing in ceremony of our people friendly Governor H. E. Gawuna.
