The Director-General, Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq has congratulated High Chief Higgins Peters as he marks his 55th birthday describing him as a courageous politician and a man of all generation.
Ogar Eba who stated this in a goodwill message also commended High Chief Higgins for the good works he is doing towards the growth and development of humanity.
He said: “I felicitate with you, your friends and well-wishers as you celebrate your 55th Birthday birthday.
You are a courageous leader who has remained dedicated to service and impactful leadership to the people of Cross River State and Nigeria at large.
“As a leader of repute , you have been steadfast on the path of serving humanity.” He added that Chief Higgins has continued to channel his energy towards improving the lives of his people”.
“I wish you long life and good health, to continue delivering the much needed selfless services to the state through your endless support to the State.
“May Almighty God, who has kept you these years till today, continue to use you to accomplish his will for our land and our people and may he lift you up to the national leadership in due time. Amen. Happy Birthday!
