Cross River State Governor, Sir Be Ayade has directed attention to roads linking North Ukelle from Yahe to Wanihem as construction works has began.
The road is a major link of the people of North Ukelle such as Wanokom, Wanikade to Wanihem through to some communities in Benue State has been in a deplorable state.
But respite has come as workers of the construction company handling the road work are seen grading and dropping gravels to begin stonebasing of the road.
Governor Ayade has vowed that all the roads under construction would be completed before his tenure expire in 2023.
