Eba Supports Muslim Community In Yala, Ogoja With Rice and Cash For Ramadan

In celebration of the ongoing Ramadan, the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State, Alphonsus Ogar Eba esq, JP, has shown support to the Muslim community in Ogoja and Yala. He donated 20 bags of rice and 300,000 Naira to help them break their fast.

The Chairman’s Chief of Staff, Hon. John Odey, delivered the items on his behalf. He wished the Muslim community well and thanked them for their ongoing support and prayers for the state. He encouraged them to continue praying for the party, the state government, and its leaders during this holy month.

Hon. Odey explained that Ramadan is a time for sacrifice, prayer, and helping one another, which all contribute to the growth and development of the community and the state.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the Muslim community, Alhaji Abdulkarim Adamu, the former Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Non-Indigenes, expressed gratitude to the State Chairman for his continuous support. He mentioned that he was not surprised by this kind gesture during Ramadan.

He went on to praise the State Chairman, calling him a hardworking, friendly, and approachable leader. He assured him of their prayers and support as he leads the party both in the state and nationally.
