Ken Mozia SAN caught in the act today being January 30, 2017 while trying to smuggle into the Court document that was not tendered to cross examine the witness as he engaged in what can best be described as attempt to pervert and subvert justice in the ongoing Edo State Tribunal.
Ken Mozia tried to cross examine one of the PDP witness with an altered document and forcing him to say yes or no. He almost succeeded when one of the PDP lawyer call the attention of the Judges that, the document being presented to the witness was not what they tendered. Leading to reexamination to correct the criminal act done by Ken Mozia.
After leaving the court, I decided to do a research about this supposedly SAN, you will be surprise to hear my findings;
Ken Mozia and most lawyer are known to altering tendered documents to cross examine witnesses. What they do is, they call the Court Clerk to bring the one with them to see. In attempt to check it, they change it and direct that, it should be shown yo the witness who are usually in a state of psychological unstable thereby unable to quickly note what went wrong. My research was informed that, God has told me that, all evil plans of the lawyer shall be exposed by God’s grace. Having saw what was going on, I discussed with God behold, I got a call on the true person of Ken Mozia.
I only wonder how this kind became a SAN. And if this is the kind of people in the legal department of Nigeria then, the Nigeria state need overhauling…
I write this in good faith believing our subject and our lawyers will be careful to take note of this kind of action of Ken Mozia and his team and that of Oyinye of INEC.
For the information of this House, POI and our team of lawyers, one of the INEC lawyer is very known to me. We served together in Birnin Kebbi, in 2002/2003 Youth Service Year (NYSC). I was the CLO of the Zone and State CLO as well. He cannot deny it. While not discrediting him, I must say, I know his antecedents in terms of trying to win cases at all costs.
