The governorship aspirant admonished the party’s Excos to think outside of the box and select the best candidate capable of defeating the incumbent Governor.
While delivering his goodwill speech, Senator Andy Uba disclosed that among the 13 Aspirants vying for the governorship ticket, he remains the most qualified, experienced and well connected to unsit the current Governor of the State.
The Distinguished Senator pledged for their unalloyed support and promised to
carry along the party excos during and after the election period.
He added that Anambra State needs a resourceful person and focussed minded individual like him with vast connections and the wherewithal to bring Federal presence in the state both in infrastructures and employments to better the lots of his people.
In his closing, Andy Uba assures the party excos of his maximum support that will enable them carry out their various duties in which he has started already by providing 24 Vehicles for all the LGAs & Zonal party Chairmen with food items and financial resources to all the party faithfuls.
Given his vote of thanks, the zona leader of Anambra North assures Andy Uba of their maximum support during the primary and reiterated that he is the people’s choice and they are more confident in him than the other aspirants, as a strong man that can unsit the sitting Governor.
In a similar development, the Chairman Senate Committee on Finance and Public Accounts, Andy Uba also visited the party’s leaders in Anambra West Local Government.
“I thank the good people of Anambra West for your warm reception which showed symbol of your love for me. I ask for your maximum support which you have always given me in the past. I promise to deliver the full dividends of democracy if I am elected as the next Executive Governor of our dear State” Andy Uba said.
Speaking further, he assured the excited crowd gathered to witness this historic visit of his commitment to ensure that Anamabra lives to it’s creed as the food basket of the State. Stating that he’ll develop the State better than he met it.
