The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Babachir Lawal, said on Wednesday, reiterated his earlier position that the revenue accruable to the country was not enough to fund the constituency projects contained in the 2016 budget. A two-storey building under construction at Ndiagu in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra has collapsed, killing three artisans. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the incident occurred at about 8a.m. on Wednesday.
